Deep Yoga Breath: Click for Instructions

A yoga breath practice isn't that hard. Some of the beginning exercises are pretty easy to do. All you have to do is do them.

One of the easiest exercises is called the Deep Yoga Breath. To do it, you simply inhale for a count of four, hold for a count of four, exhale for a count of four and hold for a count of four.
